Produced the design and build of mobile only loyalty and rewards emails for both Fashion World and JD Williams, focusing on customer retention and credit-based offers. These layouts were designed to feel more personalized, using a cleaner aesthetic to highlight reward milestones and exclusive benefits. I used a mix of e-com and brand imagery to ensure that promotional mechanics such as reward balances or credit invitations were presented with a clear visual hierarchy and a high-end editorial finish.
