Working as a Digital Designer for the N Brown Group, I contributed to a large-scale visual and functional refresh across their core e-commerce platforms. My focus was on elevating the visual language while ensuring the UI remained robust enough to handle a vast product catalogue. I developed a modular UI kit using a refined palette of slate, charcoal, and rose to create a consistent, premium feel across various categories. By refining typography and button affordance, I helped create a more polished, contemporary aesthetic that aligns with modern retail expectations.

My role involved interpreting complex user flows and translating them into high-fidelity layouts that prioritised user ease. I worked on refining key touchpoints, such as the registration screens and product landing pages, to ensure that the interface felt intuitive and accessible. By focusing on the “SHAPEology” integration and category navigation, I helped simplify how users interact with complex sizing and filtering options, ensuring that the visual hierarchy guided them naturally through the existing site structure.

In the final execution phase, I produced detailed wireframes that optimised the “conversion-first” mobile experience. I specifically focused on the clarity of the product detail pages and the checkout summary, ensuring that promotional offers and order details were transparent and easy to digest. This work ensured that the high-volume retail environment remained frictionless, reducing cognitive load for the customer and supporting the group’s broader goal of a seamless, multi-brand digital journey.
